Pumpkin Bread by Popular Demand
This is not a new recipe to me but it is a family favorite and too good to keep a secret. This recipe gets used quite frequently for school snacks, breakfast, visitors and gifts and upon request. I also like to make it for when we are traveling. It is a nice comfort food for long car rides (we have driven cross-country twice) and plane trips.
